Delivery time on Bikes is currently between 7-14 days. We hope to reduce this time to 3-5 days in the coming months.

We are currently not shipping outside of the Republic of Ireland.

SUB9 SALTS ELECTROLYTES are the evolution of SALTS ELECTROLYTES for continuous intake during more extensive exercise.

As for the minerals, sodium has been increased to 250mg and magnesium to 18,15mg, with potassium reduced to 54,01mg for lower levels than in the former mineral salt capsules.

Specifications

  • HOW TO USE: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise and 1 capsule every 30 -60 minutes during exercise with at last one glass of water (150 ml)

  • FORMAT: Duplo.
  • PRODUCT STORAGE: Keep duplo tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
  • EXPIRY: 3 years from the date of manufacture.

  • INGREDIENTS: Sodium chloride, glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, powdered ginger root (Zingiber officinalis roscoe)(Root), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
